Upon Arrival:
Collect your luggage and, check-in with one of our Service Agents (Yellow Floral Shirt) in the baggage claim area or make your way to the nearest Roberts Hawaii Pickup Station following the Yellow Roberts Hawaii signs outside of the Baggage claim areas. Enjoy a quick and comfortable ride to your lodging destination.
On Day of Departure:
Be ready at your designated pickup location, as indicated in your confirmation, at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time. We’ll take care of the rest, ensuring you a smooth trip back to the airport.

Upon Arrival
Please collect your luggage and check in with one of our Service Agents inside of the Baggage Claim area wearing a Yellow Floral Shirt. If you are unable to locate our Agents, you may also visit our Service Desk at Baggage Claim 8, 21 or 31, or make your way to the nearest Roberts Hawaii Pickup Station following the Yellow Roberts Hawaii signs outside of the Baggage claim areas. You may also call our Dispatch Hotline at 808-831-1555.
Heading to the Airport:
Your confirmation will state the specific pickup location of your hotel/lodging accommodation to head back to the Airport. Please be at the mentioned pickup location at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled pickup time.
If you would like to make a change or cancel your reservation, if there is availability, we may be able to accommodate. Rates are subject to change. To change or cancel your reservation outside of 48 hours from your service date, you may click on Manage Reservations and make the necessary changes. If your service is within the next 48 hours please call our reservations office at 1 (800) 767-7551 immediately.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must made be 24+ hours prior to scheduled service, and will result in a 10% service charge. Please allow 10-12 business days for refunds to be processed back to your card. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to service date will result in a 100% charge (No Refund).
Arrival: During the booking process, the pickup time for arrival will reflect the same time as your arrival flight. No worries, we use your flight time to prepare for your arrival. Please take your time. Once you collect your luggage, we have staff within the baggage claim areas that will be able to assist with your check in and to direct you to the pickup station. On your confirmation email we have provided our Dispatch Hotline number in case you are unable to locate our staff member, you may also give us a call.
Departure: The flight time provided is used to generate a suggested pickup time to ensure that you arrive at the airport 2 hours prior to your flight. The suggested pickup time already takes in to consideration travel time, check-in time, traffic delays, and any other uncontrollable factors.
Yes, you may reserve a later time than suggested but we cannot guarantee that you will arrive with enough time to check in and be ready for your flight. Roberts Hawaii will not be held liable should you miss your flight. To book a customized pickup time, please contact our Reservations Department at 1-800-767-7551.
